Instore or Curbside Pickup: If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email indicating the order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.
* Please Note that all shipping methods listed, but not limited to, Ground, Priority, 2nd day, and Overnight shipping refers to the shipping method once your order is processed. Orders may still take up to 10 days to be delivered to you as the manufacturing process can vary depending on the item being purchased.
Saturday Delivery: When placing your order, select USPS Priority Overnight and add request for Saturday Delivery for $35.00
Adult Signature: To receive your shipment, an adult must be present and sign for the package. You can also request that the package be sent to the closest FedEx location for pick up. To arrange this, please call one of our customer service agents at 1-888-VANCOTT.
